This 14-day period will start the moment a customer receives a product, rather than at the time they purchase it. Within that time frame, buyers can change their minds and return products as long as they are unused and as new.
This rule does not apply to custom-made products, digital items, certain perishable goods, or goods that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons.

How to return an item:
1. Please contact me using the 'Contact Seller' button if you need to return an item. You must do this within 14 days of receiving the item.
2. Return the item, unused, in the next 14 days.
3. The buyer is responsible for the return postage and the item must arrive undamaged.
4. Any customs fees paid by the buyer are not the responsibility of the seller.
