1967 penny coin, pierced with a fine-bladed jewellers saw, to leave a bee design cut-out. 3cms across. Finished with a copper coloured metal chain and hoop, suitable for a keyring or a bag charm.

The penny coin was made from bronze – 95% copper, 4% tin & 1% zinc.  Bronze represents the 8th wedding anniversary in the traditional calendar and the 19th in the modern version.

It ceased to be legal tender in 1971.

I post to UK addresses only (but does not include NI). I can generally despatch same or next day, barring weekends or Bank Holidays. I use Royal Mail Large Letter Signed For 2nd class or Royal Mail Tracked 48, for most items. They are clearly labelled and also have my return address on the outside. The customer will be charged £3 for the postage unless the order is for £40 or more, then the postage will be free.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return within 14 days and I will refund or replace, provided the item is unworn and undamaged and returned in the original package, (though you must pay for the cost of the return postage.) Cancellation of an order is only possible if the item has not been shipped. However, because of hygiene considerations, I cannot exchange/refund earrings. Please contact me prior to returning and ensure that you receive a certificate of posting. This does not apply to custom orders.
