This stylish open-ended ring with garnet is completely handcrafted from sterling silver wire using traditional silversmithing techniques in my London workshop. Once the square wire is bent, it is shaped into an octagon along the thinner end where a natural faceted garnet is set. Next, the two band shapes are hand polished to matte and mirror respectively. 

With the original design and eye-catching look, this stunning piece will complement your personality and individual style. Can be worn alone or stacked with others. Would be a wonderful gift for someone special to celebrate different occasions (birthday, anniversary, graduation, Mother’s Day, St Valentine’s, Women’s Day) or just a treat for yourself. 

This design is made as a custom piece. Finishes and garnet colour can vary to fit your taste. Can be made in all ring sizes. Faceted round garnet: Ø2 mm/0.08 in. Ring band: 2.4 x 2.4 mm (0.1 x 0.1 in). Ring weight: 3.5 gr for size M1/2, may vary for other sizes. If you would like other finishes, gemstones or proportions applied to your piece, please contact me. 

Your order will be delivered in a recycled branded white paper gift box or brown wrapping paper with free, fast, and secure shipping. You can include a personal message to be handwritten on the accompanying card. A jewellery box comes with a removable non-tarnish insert.

Andy Kashtan Jewellery Shipping Policy

All Andy Kashtan jewellery is made to order and, so it can take up to 2 working days for the item to be dispatched. You will receive an email with your tracking number once the parcel is actually sent.
It is important that the delivery address supplied by you is accurate. The parcel can not be redirected after sending. No delivery to P.O. Boxes or military bases is available.
All jewellery comes in an eco-friendly white paper gift box or brown craft paper tied with cotton string and stamped with the Andy Kashtan Jewellery logo. Then it is hand-wrapped into packaging paper and sealed in a plain unbranded padded paper envelope to protect your order in transit.

UK DELIVERY
FREE, quick, and secure UK shipping: We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm service. Your order will be delivered before 1 pm on the day after it is dispatched (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Upon receipt, the parcel will require a signature, so please make sure there is someone present to receive it and provide a signature. If you missed Royal Mail delivery, please make sure the parcel is swiftly collected to prevent it from being returned to us at your cost.

​INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
FREE, fast, and secure WORLDWIDE shipping: We use the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service with a delivery time of 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days for other countries. The parcel will require a signature upon receipt, so please ensure there is someone present to receive it and provide a signature.
​Please note that all parcels go through the customs checks in your (destination) country, which can take up to 1-2 weeks and lead to delays. Customs fees are not included in the prices on the site and have to be paid by the buyer upon receipt of the package. The amounts charged vary by country and are determined by the destination country's customs authorities. Please contact your local customs office to find out your next steps.
​For EU delivery: parcels up to €150 are subject to import VAT and may incur a handling fee. Parcels over €150 attract VAT, customs duties, and a carrier customs clearance fee.

Andy Kashtan Jewellery cancellation, returns and refunds policy

Andy Kashtan Jewellery sterling silver pieces are individually designed and completely handcrafted by me, Andy Kashtan, in my London studio. Every item is original, with a character and finish different from those mass-made. I am sure you will love your jewellery.

Please double-check all the details before proceeding to check out. If, however, you find a mistake in the address or need to cancel the order due to other reasons, you can do so only before your piece is sent to work, which is usually about 3 hours after you place the order. Please contact me at andy.kashtan[at]gmail.com as fast as possible, and I will confirm whether your order can be changed or cancelled.

Because your order is personalised and made specifically for you, I currently do not accept returns and exchanges unless it is found to be damaged or faulty. Earrings can not be returned for hygiene reasons.

All parcels must be immediately opened in the presence of the courier upon receipt to ensure that the items in the parcel are not damaged. You acknowledge that if you do not do this and later discover that the goods are missing or were damaged during delivery, I may be unable to make a claim against the post service or my insurers. As a result, if you fail to do so, you agree that you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage, and you agree to waive, release, and indemnify me from and against any claims arising from it, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If you received damaged or faulty jewellery pieces, please email me with a picture to andy.kashtan[at]gmail.com within 5 working days to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund (full or partial). For insurance purposes, each item I send is carefully checked and photographed before leaving my studio. Items damaged by accident, neglect, misuse or for a purpose of return fraud will not be recognised as faulty. For such pieces, I offer a full repair service for a small fee to cover any costs incurred (i.e. repair and delivery).

If we agree to a return, please send the item back to me as soon as possible. It must be returned in the same condition as you received it: unused, with the original packaging, tags and inserts. Otherwise, a deduction will be made from your refund. The return address will be noted on the delivery envelope: 3, St Aubins Court, De Beauvoir Estate, N1 5TN, London, UK. I will confirm it in writing, once you have contacted me about the problem.

Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches me. It is recommended that you send it suitably packaged via a safe, trackable service to insure it against loss or damage in transit. The return postage costs up to the value of the Tracked and Signed Service that was used for delivery of the item to you will be refunded.

Your refund can only be issued once I receive the returned goods. It will be credited to the original purchaser’s card or account. I will issue your refund within 48 hours of receipt (exceptions may apply). It may take up to 7 working days for your payment card company to credit your account. While customs fees are non-refundable, you might be able to recover them directly from your local customs office.
