Dandelion clock trinket dish, nature lover art gift, handmade in polymer clay

There’s a magical feel to this little handmade trinket tray, especially if you’re a fan of wild spaces and ‘enchanted nature’, or you’re looking for a gift for a nature lover. Even if you never used it for jewellery, pins and the kind of bits and bobs everyone collects on surfaces around the home, it would make a lovely statement on a dressing table or sideboard. But of course it also makes a great place for all those things and more.

I handmade this atmospheric jewellery dish or ring dish from scratch to my own design. The graduated blend of clays I mixed evokes a dark sky sprinkled with a million glittery stars, while a silvery moon watches over a field of delicate dandelion clocks. I’ve applied every scrap and sliver of clay by hand to create the scene. It’s absolutely unique, because even if I tried I couldn’t make an identical one. 🙂

Measuring around 11cm (4.5 inches) long by 8.5cm (3.5 inches) wide, it will fit into many a small space, creating a little bit of magic and a home for special treasures like earrings, rings and necklaces.
