Mistletoe earrings handcrafted in sterling silver. A unique design which makes an ideal gift for a special someone at Christmas.
SIZE – Each earring is approximately 8mm high by 9mm wide.
MADE IN YORKSHIRE – Handmade in my home studio in Riddlesden, West Yorkshire. Please allow 3 working days for dispatch as each design is made to order.
GIFT – Your earrings come beautifully presented in a gift box tied with ribbon. If you wish to send direct to recipient, I can include a handwritten greeting alongside your jewellery.

This original design started as a sketch of a mistletoe leaf which I use as a template to cut from sheet silver. Tiny beads of silver representing the delicate clusters of berries finish each piece. Please expect some variation between each earring due to each being handmade.

As each piece is made to order and varies in the time it takes to make, please read the item description for the latest dispatch estimate. If you are in a hurry, I am happy to 'rush' through orders where possible, but please contact me first.

UK ORDERS:
All hats are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 shipping.
Jewellery is posted by 1st class delivery
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and shipping will take longer towards Christmas.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Hats are sent by Royal Mail Tracked services unless stated otherwise and usually take around 1-3 weeks from dispatch.
Jewellery is posted by Royal Mail standard airmail. Please allow extra time for delivery in November and December.
Please note that any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Policy
What is your returns policy for hats?
I take great care to produce heirloom quality pieces that create a lasting memory of a special event.
I do appreciate that it may be difficult to judge how styles will suit online, so I allow returns/exchanges within 7 days of receipt (overseas customers please contact within 7 days). This excludes any bespoke options beyond the style of fastening or side of head where offered.
Returns must be unworn with tags intact and in the original hat box. Any damage, including to the hat box, will incur a charge to cover replacement costs. All return postage costs are covered by buyer unless faulty.
Bespoke headpieces, or those made in different colours to the listed hats, are strictly non-returnable due to their personalised nature.
What is your returns policy for jewellery?
I am happy to accept returns of unworn jewellery (see exclusions below) within 14 days of receipt (international customers please contact me within 3 days to notify of return, & mark the box as RETURNED ITEM). Items must be returned unworn & in its original packaging.
EXCLUSIONS:
Due to their customised nature, bespoke designs and made-to-order rings are non-returnable unless faulty.
RETURNS POSTAGE
Postage is non-refundable. All return postage costs are covered by buyer unless faulty.
Damaged / Faulty Items
Customer satisfaction is of the greatest importance to me, and I take great pride in knowing my clients look and feel amazing in their new headpieces.
Each of my designs is lovingly handcrafted with attention to detail. Your piece will be carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it reaches you in top condition ready for your event.
In the unlikely event of your item arriving damaged or faulty, please notify me within 48hrs of delivery/collection to arrange an exchange or reach a suitable solution.
