There is also a selection of colour options available. The locket opens like a standard locket allowing you to place a photo inside and the Sterling Silver chain is available in 4 lengths. Inclusions
We refer to inclusions as ashes or hair. Inclusions packs will be delivered to you within 1 – 3 working days (UK), or within 7-10 working days (International). Once we have your inclusions back, we will start to process your order and craft your precious piece. Please allow 2 weeks from the date we receive your inclusions.

UK - Free, fully tracked and secure delivery within the UK.
We currently do not ship outside of the UK.
Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Nicky Robin, however as each product is custom made we can only offer a refund if the piece does not match what you have ordered, or, the item is faulty. We will firstly attempt to resolve the issue by repairing or remaking you a brand new piece (dependent on what the fault is).
If you do have any issues relating to the above, please contact us immediately (within 14 days of delivery) to resolve this for you. We may request you to upload photos or return the item back to us. We will provide advice based on each individual circumstance.
A refund for cancellations can be offered, but this can only apply prior to the commencement of the crafting of your piece. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
If you require any amendments to your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately to check if we have commenced the crafting of your piece. Once crafting has started, we may not be able to apply any amendments.
