Part of a series”Postcards from the Demilitarised Zone”. A unique and unusual postcard style painting on Yupo paper of Artillery Sheds, Maker Heights, Torpoint, Cornwall. Maker Heights is a former miltary base, now a thriving campsite and artist’s colony. Mixed media, produced with acrylic, watercolour and gouache paint on Yupo, a tough plastic based material, similar to photographic paper, that produces a striking image . I have aimed for a nostalgic, lost in a memory atmosphere, reminiscent of a vintage sepia monochrome postcard. The painting is postcard sized, measuring 15.2 cm x 10 cm (6″ x 4″). Sealed with archival fixative and presented in an antique white mount, measuring 8″ x 6″. It will fit a commercially available frame of that size, for wall or desk mounting. I use Royal Mail first class shipping as standard, or Parcelforce for larger items.
Items over £25 in value are mailed as Royal Mail first class tracked delivery.
Paintings are mailed in reinforced envelopes and will have the added protection of a mount, or in the case of unmounted orders, tissue and carboard wrapping and corner protectors.
In the interests of sustainability I will use recycled packaging where appropriate.

Should you wish to return an item, please contact me within 14 days to arrange this. Customers are liable for return postage. The item must be returned in original condition, within a further 14 days. The item cost will then be refunded to you.
Should you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, I normally mail within 24 hours of receipt so please message me within this time frame.
Personalised items or artwork commissioned under the direction of the customer are not subject to refund unless faulty/ damaged.
