Shipping Policy
All items shipped with standard delivery are dispatched within four working days and are sent with Royal Mail (UK) and An Post (Ireland). Items should arrive within 2-3 working days however in some cases this may be up to ten working days and S'more'a'licious do not accept responsibility for any delays in delivery times once your item has been dispatched.
Orders placed using Special Next Day Delivery before 1pm will be dispatched the next working day and should arrive next working day before 1pm for Special Delivery this service does not apply to Saturdays or Sundays and is applicable to working days only. The tracking number will be added to your dispatch email. S'more'a'licious do not accept responsibility for any delays in delivery times once your items have been shipped. S'more'a'licious do not offer refunds if the shipping provider do not deliver your item on time. Once you select your delivery option you agree that S'more'a'licious cannot be held responsible for any delays and this will be the responsibility of the shipping provider and you are not entitled to a refund or any compensation.
All items can be tracked to the point of delivery therefore if they are shown to be delivered by Royal Mail or An Post we will not accept otherwise and replacement items will not be issued. If Royal Mail or An Post attempt to deliver your item and you fail to collect the item from their depot or you have input an incorrect address for delivery and the parcel is returned to us we will not be held liable, no refund will be issued and you will be responsible for a further delivery charge.
Shipping rates are calculated per order as all items are posted together. If you would like to send items to different addresses, or you require items on different planned dispatch dates please place an individual order for each address and/or item. If an address is entered incorrectly at the time of purchase and items have been dispatched S'more'a'licious does not accept responsibility and refunds will not be issued nor will replacement items be issued for items sent.
Please be advised that as shipping is calculated per each order placed all items will be sent together. If items ordered have different planned dispatch dates the product with the latest dispatch date will be the date the order will be sent. If you require your items for the selected dispatch dates please place separate orders for each product dispatch date.

We do not accept responsibility for addresses which are inputted incorrectly at the time of ordering. All items will be sent to the address shown in the shipping details.

Refund Policy
If your s'mores kit is damaged or faulty, please email [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your order with photographs and details for us to consider a replacement. We do not offer refunds.
S'more'a'licious do not accept responsibility for items that have been damaged in transit with Royal Mail or An post. All our items are well packaged to ensure items arrive as expected.
S'more'a'licious do not accept responsibility for delays with shipping providers once your item has been dispatched and refunds will not be given for items delayed by shipping providers. If your order has not been received within ten working days please contact us so we can consider a replacement.
