Your nursery poem is personalised and then once you approve the proof, it is printed onto premium quality glossy photo paper and packaged in a cellophane envelope to protect it on its journey ( please advise if you don’t want us to use the cello ) then it is sent in a hard backed envelope with an extra board to stop it from bending
