Jade Harris Tweed Hat with silver leather rose perfect for weddings and Ascot

A jade green Harris Tweed cocktail hat trimmed with a silver leather rose and black, arrowhead turkey feathers.

This hat has been created with a beautiful jade green Harris Tweed and is complimented by one of my silver leather handcrafted roses. The design is completed with two black arrowhead turkey feathers. The hat is lined with black Paisley pattern satin and is secured to the head with hat elastic. The hat has been designed to be worn on the left side of the head, with the feather extending up to the right.

The diameter of the hat is approximately 22cm (~8.5″)

All my hats are handmade in my studio using traditional millinery techniques. For this hat a buckram base was blocked on a small round wooden hat block and covered in Harris Tweed. The leather rose has been made using traditional flower making techniques.

The jade, silver and black is a classic colour combination and this elegant hat would look perfect at any event (weddings, race meetings, etc.) where the best dressed are wearing beautiful headwear.

Shipping Policy

All items sold are ready-to-ship and will be dispatched within 3 working days of ordering.

All items will be shipped using a Royal Mail/Parcel Force tracked and signed service. Once your hat has been dispatched I'll email you the tracking number and you can monitor your hats journey to you.

Hats will be securely packed inside a hatbox.

International customers: Delays clearing customs may occur, these are outwith my control. Any customs, tax or import charges due to be paid on the item are the responsibility of the customer.

GDPR and Privacy Policy

I Susie Rodgers am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop Susie Rodgers Millinery on The British Craft House.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address from The British Craft House in order to process your order. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order or to deal with any queries you have related to that order
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your The British Craft House order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With The British Craft House to comply with my obligations.
• With mail delivery companies or couriers in order to fulfill your order.
• To comply with any legal or tax obligations that I have.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary and in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time, I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.


 

Refund Policy

I offer a 14-day return policy for online purchases. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, still have the tags attached in their original position and be in the original packaging.

In the first instance please contact me and I will give you instructions on how to make the return. Your refund will be processed within 3 working days after the item has been returned and inspected.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Due to the value of the hats, a tracked and signed service must be used.

If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All customised/bespoke orders cannot be returned.

In the unlikely event that a hat arrives damaged please contact me straight away with a photograph of the damage.
