A lovely grey and blue quilted and hand embroidered sashiko design patchwork tote bag. Fully lined with a useful zipped pocket and magnetic snap closure.

I’ve embroidered the front panel of this bag with cream thread on a dark blue background to create a Japanese sashiko inspired design.

I then extended the panel with a selection of co-ordinating patchwork pieces and have quilted them, giving a lovely texture to the bag. The reverse side of the bag is a whole piece of geometric design fabric which again is quilted. All fabrics are 100% cotton.

The base of the bag and handles are a soft grey linen fabric. I’ve quilted the base and given it box corners to enable the bag to stand  up on its’ own. The handles are topstitched.

Inside the bag you’ll find a teal coloured cotton lining with a wide zipped pocket. The bag closes with a gunmetal grey coloured magnetic snap.

It measures 12″ (30cm) high plus the length of the handles, which are 11″ (28cm) long. It is 15″ (38cm) wide and 4.5″ (11.5cm) deep.

All orders are sent using tracked services.
Orders are sent by either DPD or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Deliveries are normally within 1-2 days after handing them to the delivery company.
I do not currently offer shipping to Northern Ireland or any destinations outside of the UK.

Refund Policy

If on receipt of your order you have changed your mind about purchasing it or there are any other issues, please email me at fsbm@mail.com within 14 days of delivery and if necessary I will confirm the return address. You are entitled to a full refund if items are returned to me undamaged and in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless an item was damaged when you received it - in which case, please send me photographs of the item and its exterior and interior packaging as I will need all of these to make a claim with the delivery company.
If you are returning a shipment from a country outside of the UK, please clearly mark your parcel "Returned Goods" to avoid a customs charge, which will be deducted from any refund that is due to you.
