All orders are shipped within 1- 3 business days of receiving payment, except for personalised or special orders for which you will be advised on the expected lead time.
Shipping Costs
Orders addresses within the UK will be delivered free of charge.
Shipping costs outside of the UK are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the shipping destination. The shipping cost will be added to the total amount of your order during checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and service used. Please note that delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delays. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped, which you can use to track your package online.

Shipping Method
Domestic orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri.
International deliveries are tendered through an international handler from which I select an appropriate service. If you require a different or specific shipping method, please contact me prior to placing your order.

While I take great care in packaging your order, I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to assist you.
