Handmade Brown Oak Plate

Brown Oak is less common than English Oak, and exclusively found in the UK. Even more extraordinary is to find a piece with such an overwhelming grain pattern revealed.

This truly is an exceptional piece, not only with the obvious and rich colour gradient through the face from one side to the other, but nature has graciously painted a picture with the grain. Embellishing the face of the plate with ‘flames’, creating a scene reminiscent of a Phoenix rising from the ashes, this is undoubtedly a one-of-a-kind work of art

Curvaceously styled with an ogee shape and finished with a food-safe wax, the plate can be used for a fresh or wooden fruit display, sweets/chocolate or simply display the plate as an artful piece on your dining table
