Solid handcrafted recycled heart keepsake pendant with filigree bail and 18 inch solid silver curb chain included. This ‘Eternal Heart’ solid pendant has been designed for everyday wear and is made with your loved ones ashes set into the silver itself.
❤️ This pendant has been stamp engraved with the words ‘Miss You’. You are able to personalise it with your own message, please leave details in the personalisation box. If no details for your own engraving are left then I will leave it plain on the back.
Ordering Process:
After purchase, please place your ashes in a clearly labeled sealed bag or doubled up envelope (not a container, as I will be unable to return it due to your item being sent in a ‘large letter’ sized box). Include your full name and address attached to your keepsake inside the parcel. Note that the process time of 1-6 weeks starts once I receive your keepsake. If you need it sooner, please contact me before ordering to confirm the timeline.
Any unused ashes will be returned with your special made order.
How they are made, Sizes and Details.
All my items are handcrafted and bespoke so there may be small differences between pieces that make them unique. Sometimes the ashes can slightly show in the silver so it looks like the textures shown on the heart pendant in the images, whereas other times it is a lot smoother in appearance.
The ashes are added to the sterling silver ‘clay’ (heart) and then kiln baked, becoming part of the pendant and incorporated within the metal itself. So, your keepsake can’t be any more secure (there are no screws or ways for the ashes to fall out, like some designs out there).
This Eternal Heart pendant is made using 950 sterling silver clay hand-pressed into a mold and then the ashes are added piece by piece once I am happy with the final shape. This is to ensure no ashes are mixed beforehand and accidentally discarded. If you are having engraving then this will be added at this point, whilst the clay is still wet. I then place it in my kiln to dry before final baking. Once baked it becomes solid sterling silver and I then solder a loop onto the top to then fix on the filagree detailed bail. The whole piece then gets a good polish in the tumbling machine. Once out I add a non toxic liver of sulphur to create the blackened finish before polishing once again. Last but not least, a renaissance wax is added to help reduce tarnishing and protect the finish. All my items are handcrafted and although I do try to make each piece identical, there will be some very small differences that make them unique.
The heart is approximately 11cm x 11cm with a solid 1.5 mm thick 18 inch curb chain.

I handle all keepsakes with dignity and care, ensuring heartfelt, quality pieces of jewellery every time.
All items come packaged in a beautiful branded pouch with ribbon around it and is accompanied with tissue paper, silver cleaning cloth and care card on how to best care for your jewellery for years to come.
Shipping
Shipping costs are already included within the UK and are sent via Royal Mail 48hr, with optional upgrades available at a charge. Please be aware these times are estimate only and I cannot offer any guarantee on delivery times once it’s in the hands of the postal service.
Gifting and Gift Wrapping
If you are purchasing as a gift then you have the option for a free gift card to be hand written and added in along with your gift, please add details in the Handwritten Giftcard box above.
Upgrading to gift wrapping for £1.00 includes having the box or pouch that the gift is placed in being wrapped in a complimenting style paper with a ribbon around. It is then placed in the outer cardboard box with all the additional care cards, tissue paper and silver cleaning cloth as mentioned above.
If your item is being sent as a gift then please be sure to update the mailing address on checkout before you complete your order. I can hold no responsibility for items being sent to to the wrong person due to an incorrect address.

Shipping Policy
Once I receive your order, I will begin processing it. The processing time, which varies by range, is noted below. If you order multiple items, they will ship together based on the longest processing time. While I aim to complete and ship orders quickly, please be aware that during busy times I may need the full processing time listed. I try my utmost to adhere to all these process times but there may be an exception at busy periods. If this is the case I will email you in advance. If you have any questions or a specific deadline, please contact me before making a purchase.

DELIVERY
All items sent within the UK over £20.50 are free delivery via Royal mail 48hr tracked with upgrades available. Items under £20.50 UK will be sent 2nd class, also for free.
All International orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed, charges apply, please see listings for further details. [Unfortunately I can take no responsibility for any custom fees incurred.]
Only two jewellery gift boxes fit per single delivery. So, if you are requiring more boxes then please be aware you will need to pay for additional postal charges, if you are upgrading your postage or purchasing from outside the UK. Please ask if unsure.
ACCOUNT DETAILS
All items are sent to the address provided on your account, so please be sure to check this before ordering as I cannot issue any refunds for items not delivered or lost due to incorrect addresses.
PACKAGING
All items are sent in a large post/letter-box-compatible size cardboard box with tissue paper, jewellery care cards, and a complimentary silver polishing cloth. Sterling Ash Designs range items are packaged in a beautiful keepsake-branded pouch and ribbon. Whilst items from the Natural World and Supernatural Realms ranges arrive in Arcane Nature branded jewellery pouches or jewellery boxes with foam inserts, depending on the item type. I ensure all items from all ranges are presented as a loving gift, whether for yourself, or whether you are purchasing as a gift for another. No plastic packaging will be added to your order.
Refund Policy
**Please understand that unless damaged or faulty, I am legally not obliged to accept returns for personalised orders when the item cannot be resold. This includes the whole range of Sterling Ash Designs, commissions, and some other personalised items in the other ranges**
CONDITIONS OF DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS
If your order's packaging is visibly damaged due to postal mishandling, please take clear photos of the damage before opening the package. After opening, take additional photos of any damage to your order. This will help me file a claim. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact me with clear photographs of the issue.

Returns must be within 14 days of delivery. If a return is necessary, the postal cost for damaged or faulty items will be refunded via PayPal using your email address. Please retain your postal receipt and proof of postage.
CONDITIONS OF NON FAULTY RETURNS
Return Postage Costs:
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged or faulty (see above) and they are returned within 14 days of receiving them. A tracked service is recommended.
Item Condition:
Ensure the item is returned unworn and in its original condition, including original undamaged packaging. Buyers are responsible for any loss in value.
International Returns:
Clearly mark ‘RETURNED GOODS’ on the outside of the envelope. THIS IS IMPORTANT TO HELP REDUCE THE RISK OF CUSTOM FEES.
Proof of Postage:
Obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.
Return Documentation:
