Handcrafted Personalised Enchanting Wedding Confetti Cones

The ‘Enchanting’ design can be personalised with two initials and the wedding date. The heart between the two initials appears as standard.

You are welcome to request a print colour for the personalised design to fit your scheme – see printed text colour chart image in the gallery above for colour choices.
Please note:
Kraft brown cones must feature black text.
When choosing a colour, please bear in mind the lighter colours will be more difficult to read

Sample
Samples are available if you wish to view an example cone prior to placing an order. Sample cones are not personalised, they feature random details & are for example purposes only. You will also receive a print colour chart with your sample so you are able to view the range of print colours for the personalisation, swatches of the cone colours & a discount coupon which can be used if you go on to place an order with us. If you would like a sample, please contact me for details.

Cone Dimensions:
Each cone measures approx 20cm tall x 10.5cm wide (at the widest points when the cone is flat).
Each cone will hold up to 100ml of our dried petal confetti – that’s around 1 litre per 10 cones & will provide 1 handful of confetti per cone.

The cones are sent flat-packed, fully assembled & ready to use.

Cone Colour:

Kraft Brown – classic brown recycled paper 130gsm.
Our Kraft Brown paperstock is created from 100% recycled fibre. The recycled fibre is made from 100% post consumer waste with no dye or bleaching used (as a result colour may vary slightly from one batch to another).

Ivory Fleck – bridal white with a fleck running through it- 150gsm.
Our Ivory Fleck paperstock is created from 40% recycled fibre mixed with FSC® certified fibre – meaning the materials used to make the paper have been ethically sourced from well-managed & sustainable forests.

Ivory Plain – pale cream with a slightly textured finish 120gsm.
Our Ivory Plain paperstock is created from 100% recycled fibre. The recycled fibre is made from 100% post consumer waste with no dye or bleaching used (as a result colour may vary slightly from one batch to another).

Ivory Silk – pale cream with a silky smooth finish – 140gsm.
The Ivory Silk paper is created from FSC® certified materials – meaning the materials used to make the paper have been ethically sourced from well-managed & sustainable forests.

White – white with a slightly textured finish 120gsm.
Our White paperstock is created from FSC® certified fibre – meaning the materials used to make the paper have been ethically sourced from well-managed & sustainable forests.

White Silk – pure white with a silky smooth finish – 140gsm.
The White Silk paper is created from FSC® certified materials – meaning the materials used to make the paper have been ethically sourced from well-managed & sustainable forests.

Perfect to display in a cone tray for guests to help themselves.

DISPATCH
This product is custom made to order so incurs some processing time prior to dispatch. Orders are usually crafted & prepared for dispatch within 5-10 working days of payment (& customisation details being received).

SHIPPING
Please remember to take processing times into account – the shipping times apply to the delivery only & do not affect the processing time while your item is being custom created.

UK Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 – delivery aim 2-3 working days.

International shipping – sent via Royal Mail Tracked Service.
Please note: as the postal services do not class an international parcel missing until 20 working days after posting, we are unable to arrange a refund/replacement until this time has lapsed.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY
As this product is custom-made to order, it is exempt from the normal returns guidelines. There are no refunds or exchanges on personalised/custom made items because they have been custom made for you.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damage (including the outer packaging) & email them to me & I will arrange a replacement or refund if more appropriate.

Please allow time for crafting prior to dispatch. For custom-made items, allow 5-10 business days for crafting.

Our standard delivery is free and is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which is estimated to take 2-5 business days after posting.

Royal Mail do not consider a standard parcel (such as 2nd Class) lost until 10 business days after posting. For this reason, we are unable to arrange a refund/replacement until this time has lapsed. If you are in a hurry to receive your parcel, we recommend you upgrade your postage to Special Delivery which is guaranteed to be out for delivery the following day after posting.

Please note: Customised/personalised items cannot be returned.

Refunds are not given for personalised items, as per the Department for Business Innovation & Skills document, Consumer Contracts Implementing Guidance December 2013 Section H 6. This is because the item has been custom-made for you.
