Granny Square Crochet Pumpkin

Not just for Halloween, this little granny square pumpkin decoration is lovely enough to leave out all through the autumn. Made by hand from quality acrylic yarn it measures approx 10cms across and is 4cm deep, excluding its stalk. Group it together with other handmade pumpkins for a fabulous cottagecore display or use it by itself as a table ornament.
The granny squares which make up the body of the pumpkin are crocheted from variegated yarn so each square will be a little different making it truly one of a kind.

ORDER PROCESSING
I aim to send in-stock items the next business day but please allow me up to 3 working days to process your order during busy times. Made-to-order items need longer; if this is the case, it will be clear on the product page.
Once your order is on its way you will receive a dispatch email from my British Craft House shop which contains a tracking number for your parcel
UK SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES
All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 post for £3-95.
Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2-3 days of dispatch.
The vast majority of items do arrive within this timescale. Please contact me if your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days (the time scale for Royal Mail declaring a parcel as lost)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I ship to the USA. All orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked at a cost of £12-50. Delivery aim is 5-7 working days.
Your order may be subject import duties and taxes which are incurred once the shipment reaches the destination country. A Good Right Hook is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
The vast majority of shipments will arrive in the timeframe specified. If it hasn't arrived 25 days past dispatch please contact me and I will instigate enquiries with Royal Mail.
PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL DESTINATIONS
I used tracked mail for all orders. If your order is marked as delivered by Royal Mail but you don't have it please check that someone else in your household hasn't taken it in. Also, check with neighbours and any outdoor spaces where it could have been left. If you still can't locate it please let me know and I will contact Royal Mail. Please note, I will be unable to send a replacement until Royal Mail have completed their investigation.
Refund Policy
It is important to me that you are pleased with your order. In the unlikely event you aren't satisfied I accept returns on all items except sale, personalised and special order items ( unless damaged in transit)
If you wish to return your order please contact me agoodrighthook@gmail.com. Please be aware that in the unlikely event the item has been damaged in transit I will need you to supply pictures of the damaged item and the packaging it was delivered in.
Please request a return within 7 days of delivery. Once I've agreed to the return you have 7 days to post the item back to me using the prepaid returns label you'll receive via email.
Items must be returned in the original condition with no signs of wear or use.
I will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the items back and refund the cost of your order less the initial postage charge to your original payment method.

I Joanne Whiting am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop A Good Right Hook on The British Craft House.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address from The British Craft House in order to process your order. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order or to deal with any queries you have related to that order
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your The British Craft House order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With The British Craft House to comply with my obligations.
• With mail delivery companies or couriers in order to fulfill your order.
• To comply with any legal or tax obligations that I have.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary and in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time, I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
