These can be sent directly to the recipient with a note saying who it’s from.

2nd class Royal Mail standard delivery is included in the price, it has a delivery aim of 3-5 business days. Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery within this time frame.
You can choose to upgrade upon checkout to 1st class standard or 1 day which is Royal mail Special delivery.
1st class has a delivery aim of 1-3 business days, Royal Mail does not guarantee the delivery within this time frame but will be prioritised over 2nd class mail.
The 1-day upgrade is Royal Mail special delivery, this is the next business day, this will apply if your order is placed before the parcels are dispatched for shipping, this is usually before noon. Please contact me if your order is urgent and you are unsure.

The item must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be considered for any delayed packages before 14 business days have passed from the dispatch date (not the order date) in the UK
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and if mutually agreed that the item is being returned for another reason the buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Proof of posting is recommended.
