I decided to combine my passion for needle felting and Girlguiding to raise funds for my local District. All profit from the sale of the bags will go towards future events and helping with financial support for other units in our District.

Refund Policy
Please message me if you need to return an item and I will deal with your enquiry as soon as possible.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please message me within 14 days and return the item in it's original packaging within 30 days and I will be happy to refund or replace. Should the item arrive damaged in the mail then please contact me and I will arrange a replacement upon return of damaged item.
Buyer is responsible for postage costs unless item has been damaged.
Commissioned, customised or personalised items will be subject to approval before dispatch and therefore are non refundable .
