Please allow 3-5 working days to dispatch. Items will be shipped by Royal Mail. Please note I currently only ship to the UK.
Refund Policy
I hope you will be happy with your purchase however if for any reason you are not, please contact me to discuss. Items will normally only be refunded or exchanged if they are damaged or faulty upon receipt, and refund requests must be made within 30 days of your item being delivered. Please note as items are mainly individually handmade to order, there may be very minimal differences from the photos in the product listing.
Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy
Per Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. You must inform me of your intention to cancel your order within this timeframe and you then have another 14 days to return the item(s), undamaged to: 32 Fletchers Row, Ripley, DE5 3BA. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to me. Once I have received the item(s) you will then be refunded the cost of the item(s) and original postage cost with 14 days.

When you place an order with me, I will receive your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address from TBCH to enable me to process your order.
