Items that are listed in my shop have already been made which means items will be shipped within 3 business days, all items are sent to via Royal Mail 2nd class postage,
I only ship within the UK at the moment.
If for some reason Royal Mail is unavailable due to strikes etc then I will use Evri to send your items out to you.

Items will normally only be refunded or exchanged if they are damaged or faulty upon receipt, and refund requests must be made within 30 days of your item being delivered. Please note as items are mainly individually handmade to order, there may be very minimal differences from the photos in the product listing.

Per Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. You must inform me of your intention to cancel your order within this timeframe and you then have another 14 days to return the item(s), undamaged to:
