A delightful and well made gift for any Flat coated retriever owner, our smaller sized tin fits snugly in your hand or pocket. It is ideal for carrying treats on a walk or during training. If you prefer to use this gorgeous little tin for your own treats, then it holds three hob-nobs perfectly!
It comes ready-filled with bone-shaped biscuits (not Hob-nobs!) and features a hand made ‘mini’ sculpure of a Flatcoat in cold-cast pewter (or copper) on the lid. All our dog motifs are designed, sculpted and then handmade by just Kirsty.

It is a small circular silver coloured tin made from robust tinplate and features a mini sculpture of a Flat coated retriever on the push on lid.
I’m a sculptor (with a real Flat coat called Indy) and I hand cast my original design with either a cold-cast pewter or copper finish (to represent the black and liver versions of the breed).
This item can not be personalised with a name.

The tin measures 8 cm (3 1/4″) across and is approximately 3cm (about 1 inch) deep.

The robust tinplate tin comes attractively packaged, and comes ready-filled* with approximately 6 small Bonio-type ‘bone-shaped’ dog biscuits.
*Please note, if you’re ordering from outside the UK it will unfortunately be delivered empty due to import restrictions.
The type of biscuits used may vary from the ones shown in the photographs. The tin can safely be used for storing ‘human’ treats!
The incredibly detailed dog motif is made from cold-cast metal (metal and resin) with a metallic wax finish.
Care instructions…
The lid of the tin is wipe clean only and should not be immersed in water.
The body of the tin can be gently hand washed using a soft cloth.
Delivery…
UK orders will be made up in 1-3 business days and will then be dispatched using 1st class small parcel as standard, which usually takes 1-2 days. Some International shipping destinations have been added and more will be available shortly. In the meantime, please do send us an enquiry if your country is not yet listed.
Different breeds…
As time allows I will gradually sculpt more dog breeds. At present though, I also produce a Labrador Retriever, a Working Cocker Spaniel, as well as a Weimaraner. These three breeds are represented as a detailed head portrait rather than the whole dog.

Shipping Policy
As items can vary in their availability and the time it takes to produce them, please see individual product listings for processing times.
Each item is carefully packed using recycled cardboard boxes and where possible, recycled inner packaging from local businesses.
Items with a value of less than £20 are shipped using standard Royal Mail 1st class.
Items with a value of more than £20 and up to £50 are shipped using Royal Mail 1st class signed for. A small fee is added to the current Royal Mail prices to cover the cost of the box and admin time.
More expensive items are shipped using Royal Mail Special delivery guaranteed by 1pm next day.
Large bulky items over 2kg, such as Harriet Hare, are shipped within the UK via Parcelforce24. International orders are shipped using UPS.
Email and local contact phone numbers are required for some shipping. These will only be used and passed on to couriers for the safe delivery of your order, in the event of a return, and also for use by customs for international orders.
Returns
I accept returns for all items except those which have been customised. I do not accept exchanges.
Please contact me within 14 days of receipt via [email protected] if you wish to return an item. You must contact me first before arranging to return your order.
Items must be packaged securely to prevent movement within the box and the original packaging must be used.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged upon your receipt of it.
Please ensure that a tracked and insured shipping method is used for any returns as payment for damage or loss of any uninsured parcel will be the customers responsibility.
Please contact me via email if your item arrives damaged. Retain the packaging and photograph any damage to the outside and the damage to the item.

I (Kirsty Armstrong Kenny) am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order with me I will receive your name, delivery address, email address and contact phone number via TBCH. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose (other than the circumstances listed below), or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:

• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I will retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.
Refund Policy
Please contact me within 14 days of receipt via [email protected] if you wish to return an item. You must contact me first before arranging to return your order. The refund amount will be minus the original shipping costs, and any Stripe payment processing fees connected with the order. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs.

When the item has been received back in perfect condition, the refund process will start immediately. It may take a number of days for the refund to appear in your account.
I also reserve the right to refuse a sale and then make a full refund if for some reason I cannot fulfil an order.
Please take careful note of the processing times stated on the listings. Bigger pieces are hand made to order and take time to produce. Any orders which are cancelled before dispatch will incur a fee; the Stripe payment processing fees will be deducted from any refund.
