Flat Coated Retriever Dog Treat Storage Tin
A delightful and well made gift for any Flat coated retriever owner, our larger sized metal tin is ideal for storing dog treats in your bag or car, during training or at home. If you prefer to use this gorgeous tin for your own treats, then it holds quite a number of hob-nobs perfectly! It could also be used as a dog loss keepsake or memory box for those special bits & pieces…
It comes ready-filled with bone-shaped biscuits (not Hob-nobs though!) and features a hand made ‘mini’ sculpture of a Flatcoat in cold-cast pewter (or copper) on the lid. All our metal dog motifs have been designed, sculpted and then hand made by just Kirsty.
What will you put in yours?

This gorgeous tin is perfect for storing treats, for you or your dog! It could also be used to keep your favourite jewellery safe on holiday…as a secret sweet stash…or as a keepsake for a keeping a special lock of fur and other bits and pieces in as a dog ‘memorial’…
It is a circular silver coloured tin made from robust tinplate and features a mini sculpture of a Flat coated retriever on the push on lid.
I’m a sculptor (with a real Flat coat called Indy) and I hand cast my original design with either a cold-cast pewter or copper finish (to represent the black and liver versions of the breed).
Please choose which finish you’d prefer from the options when you order.
The tin measures 9.5 cm across and is approximately 6 cm deep.
The robust tinplate tin comes attractively packaged, and is ready-filled* with a couple of handfuls of small Bonio-type ‘bone-shaped’ dog biscuits.
*Please note, if you’re ordering from outside the UK it will unfortunately be delivered empty due to import restrictions.
The type of biscuits used may vary from the ones shown in the photographs. The tin can safely be used for storing ‘human’ treats!
The incredibly detailed dog motif is made from cold-cast metal (metal and resin) with a metallic wax finish.
The lid of the tin is wipe clean only and should not be immersed in water.
The body of the tin can be gently hand washed using a soft cloth.
UK orders are usually made up in 1-3 business days.
The tins are dispatched using 1st class standard small parcel post, which usually takes 1-2 days. Some International shipping destinations have been added and more will be available shortly. In the meantime, please do send us an enquiry if your country is not yet listed.
As time allows I will gradually sculpt more dog breeds. At present though, I also produce a Labrador Retriever, as well as a Weimaraner. These two breeds are represented as a detailed head portrait rather than the whole dog.
