GIFT OPTION UPGRADE: I use a beautiful, eco-friendly & plantable gift tag which contains a mix of British wild flower and grasses seeds. This can be left blank for your own use or I will hand write your short message and post directly to the recipient – please choose below.

ABOUT MY BAGS: My bags are carefully sewn in my non-smoking sewing room and will be despatched flat to save on postage costs. A quick steam press with a hot iron will quickly refresh your bag! Your bag has been lovingly handmade by me, so minor flaws might occur. This is not a sign of low quality as in the nature of hand-made items, it will never be 100% flawless. The pictures show the exact item you are purchasing which is ready to post. Colour may vary slightly due to the colour setting of each individual monitor.

PACKAGING & GIFT WRAPPING
My orders are packed in eco-friendly packaging which is either compostable or recyclable after the document label is removed. Large letter sized boxes / bags will fit through a letter box. Gift option upgrades are available for direct delivery to a friend.
DISPATCH
I use Royal Mail’s 2nd class postage service which has NO tracking with the option of Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service if required. My products are ready to ship and will usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Any custom orders will be dispatched as soon as possible with dialogue between myself and the buyer. You will be kept up to date with the progress of your order through email and if you need an order by a specific date then please let me know when ordering and I will do my utmost to get it made in time.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, then please contact me as soon as possible and before the item is dispatched when a full refund will be issued. If the order has already been dispatched then a refund will be issued once returned in an unused condition.
UK SHIPPING
Delivery to UK addresses, once it has been dispatched, depends on the service but all orders should be received within 2-3 business working days. However, delivery dates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed especially at busy times such as Christmas.
If your delivery has a tracking number it will be emailed to you when the order is complete.
Please make sure that your mailing address is correct. If you notice a mistake after placing an order and it has not yet shipped then please contact us and we will correct the delivery address for you. I cannot be held responsible for any lost orders due to an incorrect delivery address.

Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by ‘HandmadeBagsBySue’.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights should the item be faulty.
3. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to me.
4. If the item you purchased was faulty , or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact me first before requesting a refund as I may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction, otherwise you are entitled to a full refund including return postage and packaging.
5. Where you would like to return a product you have purchased, please contact me to let me know that you will be returning the item, and I strongly advise that you return using a ‘proof of postage’ service which you should retain you need to make a claim with the delivery company that you have used for your return.
10. Once your return is received and inspected, I will contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
11. If you haven't received a refund yet when I have told you I have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.
