Shipping Policy

All wooden items in my shop are made from scratch and often involves a number of processes, such as glueing, finishing and oiling, each of which takes time and is subject to weather conditions. I specify 2 weeks as the usual order to delivery time.
Non customised products usually ship in a day or two as those items can be kept as stock.


 

Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund which will be given on receipt of the returned goods. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. Personalised or bespoke items are not returnable or refundable so please check the details and instructions before ordering.
