Shipping Policy

All jewellery orders will be sent in a jewellery bag wrapped in tissue paper within a box and dispatched via Royal mail with 1-3 business days. Any exceptions to this will be specified in the listing itself and includes any bespoke items or jewellery made to order.

Shipping is included in the UK. Orders up to and including £100 will be sent first class and anything over this value will be sent Special Delivery and will need to be signed for upon arrival.

I will update the order as soon as the item is despatched and advise of the tracking numbers for special delivery items. Once despatched please be aware the arrival time of any order is out of my control and I am unable to guarantee delivery times.

Privacy Policy
When you place an order with me through my British Craft House store I receive the following details so that I can process your order: name, address, email address, your user name, payment information, and if different the recipients name and email address. We only use the information received to process and advise of information relating to your order and the shipping of this. None of your information will be passed on to third parties.

Order information will be retained for accounts and tax purposes and we have a legal requirement to keep this for 7 years. After this time the information will be shredded.
If at any point you believe the information we possess on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated and we will respond to you within 28 days.

Refund Policy

I hope that all of my customers love the items they have purchased, however, the UK law states that you have a 14 day ‘cooling-off period’ when you buy something you haven’t seen in person - unless it’s bespoke or made to measure/personalised/custom made.

If you wish to return an item you have purchased you must email within the 14 days to advise me of your return in order to receive a full refund of any monies paid (except post and packaging), provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging and you have a proof of postage of when you returned them. Once I have confirmed that we have received the package a refund will be made. I cannot be held liable for any package that is not received where no proof of posting was obtained. The cost and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

All personalised/made to order/made to size products are non-returnable and non-refundable, however, they can be resized at an additional cost. In this case items must be returned in perfect condition as when they were received (along with proof of posting).
All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product has been worn.

I do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene
reasons.

Returns will not be accepted for items that have been mistreated or uncared for.
