Delicate Cotton Shawl in Purples & Blues

Beautiful delicate crocheted shawl, handmade using a fabulous whirl from Scheepjes called Blackcurrant Squeeze Me. The whirl of colour changing yarn gently transforms from light blue, through gorgeous purples to darker teals.

Crocheted in a loose stitch to give a delicate flow. Different stitches are used to create a ribbed effect.

Measures approx. 50 x 130 cm

Please Note: Scheepjes Whirls are works of art – each colour change is very subtle where one strand of yarn is changed at a time. Where this happens it has been tied with a very clever knot in manufacture, which leaves a slight bit of fluff. The idea being it is so well tied it merges into the finished item. Any item made from a Scheepjes whirl will have this but the ends are barley noticeable.
