Deep Green Jellybean Seaglass & Sterling Silver Pendant

This stunning deep green jellybean seaglass pendant is made from foraged local seaglass and is encased in a sterling silver backed fine silver bezel which carefully embeds its form.  The double-hammered link bail connects to the pendant with a chunky half hoop to which the chain hangs.

This deep green seaglass measures 18mm x 8mm. The whole pendant length including the bail is 15mm.

Paired with a 16”/40cm sterling silver diamond cut trace chain.

This would make a simply lovely present.

This pendant will be carefully wrapped and presented in either a linen gift bag or gift box with satin ribbon.

Seaglass:

On occasions, I use various stones in my designs but mostly I use seaglass. I forage the seaglass from the beaches I visit around the UK as well as my favourite local spots. The seaglass has over its time in the sea been naturally tumbled amongst the pebbles to create a beautiful rounded frosted finish.

Texture Hammering

Texture Hammering is a process used to create different marks onto the metal surface.

Hallmarking Rules:

British  Hallmarking laws standard state all silver items over 7.78 grams and gold over 1 gram will need to be hallmarked. The UK hallmarking consist of the standard marking for metal purity, the London assay mark, and my maker’s mark (KLR). Items under 7.78g in weight do not require a hallmark but the description needs to clearly state the metal types used.

Care of Jewellery:

My jewellery is handmade and will need to be cared for correctly to ensure longevity. It is recommended that jewellery be removed before bed, when exercising, gardening, or taking a bath. Do not swim in your jewellery as salt water and chlorine can tarnish the silver. Try to avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, makeup, or cleaning products.

To clean your jewellery it is recommended to use hot soapy water and a very soft toothbrush. Rinse and dry carefully and the shine up with a silver polish cloth. Please Note: this will not remove scratches.

Refund policy:

Any agreed refunds will be paid on safe receipt of any returned items, in accordance with the shop's Returns Policy as detailed below. You can contact me on thesilverhut@btinternet.com
CANCELLATION / RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
My unique pieces are made with a great deal of care and customer satisfaction is hugely important to me. If there are any problems with an order, please don’t hesitate to contact me straight away and we can discuss the best way to resolve the situation.
If you are not completely happy with anything you purchased or if you decide the order isn’t quite as expected, I am happy to accept returns and a refund or exchange can be arranged . This is providing that item is returned and in their original condition, unworn or unused and in original packaging.
Please let me know of your intention of return within 14 days of receiving it.
Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. It is strongly recommended that any items being returned are sent using a tracked or 'signed for' service with proof of postage obtained. I cannot take responsibility for any items that are lost in the post during the return process.
In the interests of hygiene, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless faulty.

Returns and exchanges:
If you are not entirely happy with you order and would like a refund or exchange, please contact me and return item within 14 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original packaging and undamaged.
The following items are exempt from return or exchange :
-Earrings ( for hygiene purposes).
-Discounted or sale items.
Conditions of return.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.
If the item is damaged on receipt of return the buyer will be responsible for the loss of value.

Privacy Policy:
When you place an order with The Silver Hut on The British Craft House we receive the following details so that we can fulfil your order: name, address, email address, your user name, and if different the recipient’s name and email address.

We will only use the information received to process your order and contact you to advise of information regarding your order and its dispatch/shipping status.

Order information will be retained for accounts and tax purposes, and we have a legal requirement to keep this for 7 years. After this time the information will be destroyed.

If at any point you believe the information, we possess about you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted.
