The Lavender scented bag is Partially filled with a high-grade hollow fibre polyester filling and lavender flower buds. Each one is finished off with a grosgrain or satin ribbon for hanging.

All items are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class post within 1-5 days of receipt of payment (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please allow up to 10 business days as delays can sometimes happen.. If you require an item quicker please message me and I will do all I can to help.

Returns

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements

I offer returns including original postage costs if item is returned within 14 days. (Return shipping is paid for by the buyer.) No refunds are given for personalised items, custom orders or until the purchased item is returned in good condition with no damage and in original packaging. If item has been damaged, refunds are void.

If postage tracking information shows that the item was delivered or left in a porch/bin/bush, or handed to a neighbour to sign, and you don't have it/or didn't get it...no refunds will be given as it will then be a matter for your Post Office to deal with.
