Everything I make is handcrafted with love from my home in Norfolk meaning you will own a unique piece of jewellery. No two pieces are exactly the same and this is what I love so much about working with natural clay. Likewise, any imperfections are part of the organic process and add to the individuality of each piece.

If your item is a back order please be aware it will take around 1 week to make before being ready to ship. I will send you an email to update you. 

If you’re item is a gift I’m very happy to post it directly to the recipient and can wrap it in a pretty organza bag. If you’d like me to include a message with the gift please add that to the order note. Please ensure the shipping address is for the recipient and not for yourself as my labels are printed directly through Royal Mail. 

I absolutely love to make custom orders so if there’s anything you’ve seen that you wish was a different shape, pattern, fixing etc. then send me a message and I’ll see what I can do!

Due to the many variations in screens, monitors and browsers, the colour of the item may differ slightly from the photos.

Please handle items gently when removing from the package and during day to day use; taking care not to drop them, bend them, sleep in them or get them wet. Please do not give to young children as jewellery contains small parts.

All jewellery findings are hypoallergenic but if you have any questions about the materials used or have particular sensitivities, please send me a message before ordering. Dangle earring hooks can be replaced with sterling silver for a small extra charge.

Shipping Policy

Your order will be carefully packed using eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.

I aim to dispatch items as soon as possible but no later than 2 business days. Please note, backorders will take a minimum of 1 week before being ready to ship. I will update you via email.

UK orders will be posted 1st class via Royal Mail.
UK orders over £30 will gain free shipping.

All orders outside of the UK will be posted via Royal Mail International Standard and please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to arrive.

If your order is not quite what you expected or arrives faulty or damaged, don’t worry I accept returns or exchanges.

Please contact me by email as soon as possible or within 14 days from the date of delivery - [email protected]

Please take care when packaging the item and reuse the original packaging if possible.

Unless faulty or damaged, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please obtain proof of postage.

Please enclose the original invoice with your returns.

Please ensure the item is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Once I have received your return I will process your refund via Stripe to the debit/credit card used to purchase the order.
