Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched on a strict schedule usually within 3-10 days of receipt. Customers are notified of their expected dispatch date within 24 hours of their order being received. If a specific date of receipt is needed then the customer & vendor will come to an agreement for a mutually satisfactory dispatch date.

Orders are shipped via RM Tracked 48 hr service unless the customer upgrades during checkout.
Tracking codes & updates are provided throughout the whole process.

Orders are shipped in plain brown cardboard boxes and packed in tissue paper & recycled paper packing.

Refund Policy

Once an order has been agreed upon, and the making process started, all bespoke orders are subject to a strict sale & no refund policy as per the Distance Selling Guidelines. We will discuss the situation with our client to come to an understanding regarding the replacement of any faulty items but under no circumstances will we offer a refund.

AFTER YOUR BESPOKE ORDER HAS BEEN MADE AND/OR RECEIVED

Before any items of your Order are made, I will digitally create the panels for approval. Only once approved will a Box be assembled. At this point photographs of the completed Box will be sent to you – once approved, the remainder will be assembled. You may opt to receive a sample box before approving the design, at an additional cost.

After you have received your order, any damages must be notified and include photographs within 7 days of receipt and replaced. Any alterations or adjustments to your boxes after the order is received are subject to additional costs. No refunds are given due to the personalised nature of your order and subject to the distance selling regulations.

Creative Licence – Use of IMAGES

Any images of your completed order remain the property of Exploding Box Co., which reserves the right to use any images created under this contract for professional samples, displays, internet website pages, advertising, exhibitions, contests, and any other purpose.
