Handmade dichroic glass dangly earrings with sterling silver wires featuring a cherry blossom pattern in a range of colours.
We made these earrings by cutting and layering dichroic glass before fusing it in our kiln. Dichroic glass appears different colours as the light catches it and the photographs all show the same two pairs of earrings to demonstrate the colour shift.
The glass cabochons are mounted onto silver plated bails using epoxy resin. The ear wires which are the only part in contact with the skin are sterling silver.
The glass cabochons measure approximately 1cm x 1cm.
The earrings are presented in a gift box.
