This sun-catcher is made from bare bronze wire, formed by hand into a butterfly shape. Inside the sun-catcher are spirals of bronze and stainless steel, fixed with bare copper wire.
Glass crystals in each of the wings set the butterfly off and will catch the sunlight, putting some sparkle into your garden.
The metal used in this piece – bronze, copper and stainless steel – mean that it is suitable for outdoor display. The bronze and copper will darken over time and exposure to the weather.
The piece measures approx 18cm across and 11cm from top to bottom. It hangs from clear thread attached to one of the antenna.

I can make this item again, however as these pieces are formed by hand without a template, each one will be slightly different.
