Blue Sea Luxury Botanical Reed Diffuser (Large).

Reminiscent of crystal clear calm blue seas, white sands and paradise islands. Sit back, relax and let the mind drift away to faraway lands with this soothing blend of fresh bergamot, bright orange and rich amber with warming notes of exotic coconut, vanilla and almond.

Each 500ml apothecary style bottle diffuser comes with six natural coloured reed sticks. Botanicals are placed individually by hand into the reed diffuser. This product is reusable and refills are available to purchase.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is £4.99 for mainland UK using Royal Mail Second Class signed or Evri standard delivery. First Class Royal Mail signed for is £6.99. A tracking number will be provided. However, if you would prefer faster shipping, live off the UK mainland, or would like to request another courier service, please contact us for a delivery quote.
Delivery to Europe zones 1 and 2 is £12.99 using Royal Mail second class or Evri standard. Please note that in some European countries your parcel may be dropped off at a local parcel shop depending on the courier policy.
Delivery to USA is priced at £24.99 using Royal Mail or Evri standard. If you would like to upgrade postage or use a different courier, please send a message for a quote.
Hygge and Hearth aim to make and post your item within 5 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days during busy seasons. For orders outside of the UK please be aware that Hygge and Hearth are not responsible for any additional taxes that may be applied to your purchase.


 

Refund Policy

Hygge and Hearth Returns and Refund Policy

We hope you are delighted with your order. However if for any reason you're not entirely satisfied with your goods, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unlit and in its original packaging so it can be resold. You’ll also need your order number/receipt as proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ericaprns33@googlemail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Hygge and Hearth is not liable for return shipping costs and these costs must be paid by the customer and returned using the same postal method it was sent, ie tracked or signed for. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE:
Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned unused and in the original packaging supplied in a condition that is suitable for resale. On receipt of the returned item, and in accordance with our refund policy, we will refund the payment method the price paid for the item less original postage fees.
Items that are personalised, specifically made to order, bespoke or bulk bought will not be eligible for a refund.

Damages
We do everything we can to ensure your parcel(s) arrives in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives faulty or damaged please email us at ericaprns33@googlemail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Photographic evidence will also be required. We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. In the case of damaged items (for example damage which has occurred during postage), a refund or a replacement will be offered if the same product is available. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
