Black Fascinator, Black Harris Tweed Fascinator

This simple and elegant black fascinator with a hint of red is the perfect piece of headwear to wear to add a pop of colour to compliment your little black dress.
The fascinator is made using a beautiful black 100% wool Harris Tweed. I bought the tweed directly from the weaver in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. The black tweed is complimented with a red, faux leather edging. It is trimmed with two red arrowhead turkey feathers, which add height and extends the curve of the fascinator upwards and it is finished with a simple bow at the crossover point of the feathers.
All my hats are handmade in my studio using traditional millinery techniques. For this hat buckram was blocked over a small curved wooden block. The fascinator attaches to the head on a headband. The length of the fascinator is approximately 22 cm (~8.5″). The width of the fascinator at its widest point is approximately 9cm.
This is a perfect fascinator for wedding guests.

This style is called ‘Suzette’ is made with black Harris Tweed, which is complemented with red faux leather edging and trimmed with red arrowhead turkey feathers. She is completed with a red faux leather bow.
The base of the hat is made from buckram which has been blocked on a curvy wooden button block to give ‘Suzette’ her distinctive curvy shape. All hats are made in my studio using traditional millinery techniques.

Shipping Policy
All items sold are ready-to-ship and will be dispatched within 3 working days of ordering.
All items will be shipped using a Royal Mail/Parcel Force tracked and signed service. Once your hat has been dispatched I'll email you the tracking number and you can monitor your hats journey to you.
Hats will be securely packed inside a hatbox.
International customers: Delays clearing customs may occur, these are outwith my control. Any customs, tax or import charges due to be paid on the item are the responsibility of the customer.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address from The British Craft House in order to process your order. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order or to deal with any queries you have related to that order
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your The British Craft House order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. Refund Policy
I offer a 14-day return policy for online purchases. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, still have the tags attached in their original position and be in the original packaging.
In the first instance please contact me and I will give you instructions on how to make the return. Your refund will be processed within 3 working days after the item has been returned and inspected.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Due to the value of the hats, a tracked and signed service must be used.
If the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All customised/bespoke orders cannot be returned.
In the unlikely event that a hat arrives damaged please contact me straight away with a photograph of the damage.
