Even when it’s summer, I still wear a lot of black (a black summer dress is a very chic thing, in my opinion!), but I always want something to lift it and contrast with it, and that’s where these black and white polymer clay earrings come in.
I’ve taken my blue and white pottery-style earring design and translated it into sophisticated monochrome. Throw these on whenever you’re wearing black, white or grey and your ears are beautifully accessorised! The fan shape is flattering and the lacy, scalloped edge is so pretty. Although these earrings are not a traditionally summery colour, their delicate decoration gives a light and feminine feel that makes them just right for the season. I’d certainly take them on my summer holiday to go with my monochrome outfits.

I grew up in the Potteries towns of Stoke-On-Trent and am a huge fan of pottery and all things ceramic, including patterned Mediterranean tiles and mosaic. These polymer clay earrings from my summer jewellery range uses all these influences, and are designed to give a lift to any warm weather or holiday outfit! Pretty details such as the scalloped edge reminiscent of Broderie Anglaise give a feminine feel to the earrings (measuring around 4cm long by 3cm wide). They are designed to be noticed, to co-ordinate with your clothes and to add an artistic and bohemian feel to your look.
I only use Sterling silver for findings, earwires and chain. My connections are almost all embedded and/or wire wrapped, for security. I don’t use open jump rings to connect components, as they can open up too easily.
My summer jewellery range comes in a selection of colours (blue, red, green and monochrome), with several pieces in each colour, so that pieces can be easily mixed and matched. I hope they find their way into many a summer holiday wardrobe. When you come home they will still look lovely worn around town and in your workplace!

I ship using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Most items cost £2.70 and arrive in about two days. Please contact me if you would like to upgrade to Tracked 24 for a small additional cost.

I am happy to refund unsuitable items returned in original, unused condition within 14 days. Please contact me first to let me know you are returning an item. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer, and I recommend a tracked service.
