Item Description:

This bird feeding station has been designed as three separate components which makes assembly effortless, and it can be easily moved around the garden.

Dimensions (approx.) : h 226cm x w 70cm x d-62cm , our complete height is measured from the top of the tree to the bottom of the pole, once base has been pushed into the ground.

The bird feeder tree is in 3 components:

1. Tree top: dimensions- h-110cm x w-70cm x d- 62cm

2. Pole: dimensions- h- 116cm, diameter of pole 1.9cm ( so most squirrel bafflers fit).

3. Base: dimensions- h- 46cm x w-21cm x d- ( into ground) 30cm, in the shape of a lower case letter h.

There are 3 shiny marine grade stainless steel attached to the bird feeding station to provide decoration and balance, catching the sun’s rays and reflecting the light. This tree can also double as a stunning ornamental piece by covering in fairy lights which looks beautiful on a summer’s evening or in the more festive months of winter as a Christmas tree.

The branches are constructed of 6,8 and 10mm mild steel so hold a large amount of weight and are really sturdy. The lowest branch starts at approximately 120cm from ground level and there are at least ten hanging points around the tree which will provide ample placements for all your bird seed feeders or perching spots for the birds, who love it! . A nut can be found attached to one of the lower branches, for the flower bird seed feeders and bird bath , if you would like one in the future.

We also offer other bases, these options are:

1. Star base – which is recommended for gardens that are in areas of extreme exposure.

2. Patio base- if you would like your tree to be placed on a hard surface area.

Returns and exchanges
We are a company hand making items in the UK and we want everyone to enjoy our products as much as we enjoy making them. However, if you have any issue with your order we guarantee that we will solve it as soon as possible.

We are happy to offer our customers a 14 day no questions asked return on any products providing the products are in the same condition as they were received and still in the original packaging.

We aim to only send you the best quality products and are disappointed if you find a problem with your order. Please note though that because they are handmade products there will be some variation in their patterns and colours and the items you receive may look a bit different to how they look on the website. We celebrate the fact that this means you get a unique product and we hope you do too.
As a small family company we're afraid that we cannot offer free return postage unless the item is faulty.

We are more than happy to refund you for faulty goods and happy to exchange goods for you. We regret that postage for goods exchanged will be extra because we are a small company and cannot absorb the costs. Your statutory rights are not affected. There is no need to send returns back recorded or special delivery, but we do advise on getting proof of postage, as we cannot be liable for any items that get lost in the post without proof of postage.
