I love bees – they are one of my favourite things to embroider, and this bee has a fuzzy bum!

To create the fuzzy bum, a particular embroidery stitch is used, then each individual thread is snipped, then trimmed to shape.

The bee is completely hand stitched using silk threads, on to a lovely pale cream/ivory silk backing, and is framed in a five inch hoop


This embroidery is framed in a 5 inch wood effect flexi frame with integral hanger so that it arrives ready to pop on your wall.

Will arrive wrapped in tissue paper ready to be given as a gift, and will be accompanied by a free Athena Makes care card.
