Items will be shipped first/ second class using Royal Mail signed for delivery.
Please make sure your postal address is correct upon ordering.
Orders overseas can take between 1 and 3 weeks to arrive and occasionally longer. Please allow up to 6 weeks in case of delays at customs.
Tax and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
All of our items will be posted with royal mail signed for delivery. If your parcel is late, please allow up to 28 days. Parcels are rarely lost but if this happens I will do my best to find out where it is.
Refund Policy
Personalised orders can not be refunded unless faulty.
Items can not be returned unless they are faulty or arrive broken. Returns must be made with 14 days. Please send me a message straight away if there are any issues with your order/ item.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and I recommend using a signed for delivery service for your own peace of mind.
