A detailed watercolour of a beautiful Barn Owl – it’s feathers are a lovely subtle peach-brown with specks of black and white. this is a fine detailed watercolour, also an original and not a print. To give you an idea of the work involved in creating this, the painting took around 8 hours to paint
One of my favourite birds to paint. It’s painted on fine art watercolour paper, using Winsor Newton watercolours, using a magnifying glass. The picture measures 27cm x 38cm – the actual owl measures approx 17cm x 15cm. Unframed.
