Art deco style scallop shell trinket dish

This scallop shell trinket dish is decorated in a striking purple and white art deco style pattern. I have added a decorative embellishment, using a repurposed vintage brooch in a bow shape with a diamante type stone in the centre.There are some small sparkly stones set to each side of the bow.
The back and front edge of the shell are painted silver.
Satin varnish(two coats) has been applied for protection.
Shell size 13cmW x 12cmL
Great to keep on a bedside/dressing table to keep jewellery, hair bands/clips, and other small items.
