Applique Fox Cushion on natural linen

Add a touch of the quirky charm to your home with this appliqued Fox cushion.

Designed and handmade in Norfolk this cushion is appliqued using hand cut textiles, natural and repurposed fabrics.
They are approximately 45cm square, come in a choice of fabrics and are supplied with an ethically sourced feather pad as standard. An alternative man-made fibre pad is available (please see below).

All my applique designs incorporate repurposed textiles. As a result, the cushions are one-offs, produced in small numbers and, whilst the overall design remains the same, the textiles used in each design will differ, so each cushion is an individual item.

These cushion covers are available in either a natural 100% linen or 100% cotton cover. The cotton version comes in a number of different colour options. If you can’t see what you are looking for, please contact me and I can let you know what colours are available. I am happy to put any of my designs on any of the fabric cover options I have. All covers have a contrasting concealed zip at the bottom

The cushion is supplied with a UK made, ethically sourced, feather pad as standard but I can also supply a man-made fibre pad instead.  If you would prefer this option please add a message to your order.

Delivery will be made Royal Mail delivery.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?
All items in stock will be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days.
If I cannot dispatch your order within 3 working days, I will get in touch and let you know when it will be dispatched.
Please check individual listings for lead times on made to order designs.

Undeliverable Orders
If your order is returned to me because it is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by yourself, or if you don’t claim your package from the sorting centre, I cannot be held responsible.
Under these circumstances, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
Should your order be returned to me undelivered and you do not wish to have the package re-shipped, I will cancel the order. I will also cancel the order if your parcel is returned to me undelivered and you do not respond to notification of this within 3 working days.
In both these instances, a refund will be issued for the value of the items ordered only. If you chose a shipping upgrade when you ordered, this upgrade will not be refunded as it is not standard postage.

Privacy/GDPR Statement
I, Becky Morgan, am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop The Tulip House on The British Craft House.

When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address from The British Craft House in order to process your order. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order or to deal with any queries you have related to that order.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in the processing of The British Craft House order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With The British Craft House to comply with my obligations.
• With mail delivery companies or couriers in order to fulfill your order.
• To comply with any legal or tax obligations that I have.

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary and in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time, I will delete your data from my records.

You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.


 

Refund Policy

REFUND policy
If you return your order, within the agreed timeframes set out in the Cancellation section below, I will refund the purchase price and my quoted original delivery cost. If you requested an alternative delivery method that was more expensive than my basic delivery cost, I will only refund the basic delivery cost. Only goods returned to me in the same condition as they were sold can be refunded.
Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. Please allow sufficient time for the refund to appear on your statement before contacting me.
I don't like what I've ordered / It doesn't go with my outfit / I've changed my mind, can I return my order?
Yes. Under UK law, you have the right to terminate the contract and return the item even if the item is not faulty in any way. You have the right to do this up to 14 days after receipt of the items.
If you wish to return an order, you MUST contact me before sending your package. This is a legal requirement, however, out of courtesy, I do ask that you let me know that you are returning your order. If I know I am awaiting a parcel at the reception of my studio building, I can keep an eye out for it and process your refund more swiftly.
If you wish to exchange an order, please do get in touch so I can make sure I have a suitable alternative in stock for you.
If you change your mind about your order before I have dispatched it, please do contact me by email to request a cancellation. I aim to dispatch in stock items with 1-3 working days, so please do let me know as soon as possible.

What are the exceptions to the refund policy?
I regret that I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products that are bespoke, made to measure or customised in any way.
These items are exempt from these conditions under UK law.

RETURN/EXCHANGE
Under UK Distance Selling regulation returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase. You have the right to cancel your order at anytime from date of purchase until 14 days after receiving the goods. Goods must be returned within 14 days of notice of cancellation.
To return your item, you should post it to: The Tulip House, The Lilacs, South Street, Hockwold, Norfolk, IP26 4JG. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Do I have to pay the cost of the delivery for returns?
Yes, I’m afraid you are responsible for this cost.
All returns must be in an unworn, unmarked, as new condition and complete with any original tags in place. If the items show any wear, beyond what may be result of handling the item to check it is what you have ordered, a deduction will be made from your refund.
I recommend that you use weatherproof wrapping and sufficient protective packing materials to prevent damage to the item in transit. Should any damage occur to package during its return, you will be responsible for any loss in value.
I also recommend getting proof of postage. This doesn’t have to be a tracked/signed for service unless you want that security or it is required by Royal Mail based on the insurance value of your order. Please do get a Certificate of Postage at the very minimum, as it could affect the timely processing of your refund.
Please note, I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods that have not been correctly insured.

Will I be refunded for everything I have paid?
If your returned order has not been damaged due to insufficient packing during return, and does not show any signs of wear, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item and the outgoing standard postage.
If you chose a shipping upgrade when you ordered, this upgrade will not be refunded as it is not standard postage.

When will I receive my refund?
Depending which happens first, I will issue your refund within 14 days of either receiving your return package, or, you providing evidence that the order has been returned (e.g. proof of postage or a tracking number).

What happens if the item I have ordered is faulty?
I spend a lot of time sourcing the best quality materials for my designs and ensuring the quality of the products I make. However, should I have missed something, you have a right to return faulty goods. You can this up to six months after receipt of the goods.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund (full or partial), a repair or replacement.
You will be required to send photos of the item to allow me to assess which option is most appropriate.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order is lost in transit, I have to assume that the contract for your order is terminated. In these circumstances, I will provide either a replacement item, or if this not possible, a refund.
However, I am bound by the conditions of Royal Mail’s policy regarding lost packages. Royal Mail do not consider a package lost until the below timescales have passed:
UK 1st Class Signed For: 10 working days after due date
UK Royal Mail Special Delivery: 5 working days after due delivery date/time
