Everything I make is handcrafted with love from my home in Norfolk. No two pieces are exactly the same and this is what I love so much about working with natural clay. Likewise, any imperfections are part of the charm of handmade items and add to each piece’s individuality.

I aim to post within 1-2 working days of your order. There is a flat fee of £2.50 for postage.

If your item is a back order please be aware it will take around 2 days to make before being ready to ship. I will send you a message to update you. 

Due to the many variations in screens, monitors and browsers, the colour of the item may differ slightly from the photos.

Your order will be carefully packed using eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.

I aim to post items as soon as possible but no later than 2 business days. I charge a flat fee of £2.50 for postage. Orders over £20 will be posted free of charge. Items should arrive within 1-2 days of being posted.

Please note, back orders will take between 2-7 days to make before being ready to post. I will update you via email / message.

If your order is not quite what you expected or arrives faulty or damaged, don’t worry I accept returns or exchanges.

Please contact me by email as soon as possible or within 14 days from the date of delivery - littlepiecesofclay@gmail.com

Please take care when packaging the item and reuse the original packaging if possible.

Unless faulty or damaged, buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Please obtain proof of postage.

Please enclose the original invoice with your returns.

Please ensure the item is returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Once I have received your return I will process your refund via Stripe to the debit/credit card used to purchase the order.
