Handmade hanging suncatcher, made with eco friendly recycled cotton yarn in a choice of colours, on a repurposed wooden hanging ring with a 20mm crystal prism inside.

This miniature suncatcher has a long hanging cord left untied at the top so you can easily hang it up, in your window, on the wall or from the ceiling as you’d like.

The total length of this suncatcher including hanging cord is approximately 60cm and the wooden ring is approximately 9cm wide.

This beautiful hanging sun catcher looks amazing in the window, & will cast a sprinkle of rainbows around your room when the sun hits it.

Each item is individually handmade to order, & inline with our commitment to sustainability, will be wrapped in recycled paper and always sent in reused packaging.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 7-10 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 7-10 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

If you would like to arrange a local collection of your order, please email us at macramadewithlove@hotmail.com to arrange this.

Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 working days using Royal Mail 2nd class standard postage. For orders inside the UK, free postage is included. A shipping fee will apply to orders shipping outside of the UK.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Macra-Made With Love is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at macramadewithlove@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at macramadewithlove@hotmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 9 Silvester Road, Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex, TN40 2AY

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
