These copper hedgehog earrings are approximately 1.7cms across. Sterling silver ear wires. They have been flame painted, so though the hedgehog shapes match, the colour waves are different.. This is a technique that produces one-of-a-kind effects as you can see, the pattern will not be replicated. It is done with a micro torch producing different hues of yellow, green, pink, purple, blue with each firing.

The back are plain copper.  The pair shown are the pair you will receive.

The photos shown are as they were originally photographed. I haven’t done any later adapting/filtering but the light can make them look different, depending on the angle etc.

N.B. the copper colour will deteriorate quickly if in close proximity to hairspray, chlorinated water, deodorant, perfume – the usual bad guys.

I post to UK addresses only (but does not include NI). I can generally despatch same or next day, barring weekends or Bank Holidays. I use Royal Mail Large Letter Signed For 2nd class or Royal Mail Tracked 48, for most items. They are clearly labelled and also have my return address on the outside. The customer will be charged £3 for the postage unless the order is for £40 or more, then the postage will be free.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return within 14 days and I will refund or replace, provided the item is unworn and undamaged and returned in the original package, (though you must pay for the cost of the return postage.) Cancellation of an order is only possible if the item has not been shipped. However, because of hygiene considerations, I cannot exchange/refund earrings. Please contact me prior to returning and ensure that you receive a certificate of posting. This does not apply to custom orders.
