My colourful ice cream cone brooches, may not look like the cones you normally get down by the seaside; why’s that you might be thinking? Well I call them my Galactic Ice Cream Cones, they’re totally space age looking and I made them with a trip to Venus in mind. With an average temperature of 465°c, you’re going to need one!

I make my quirky badges from quality faux leather, printed with one of two whimsical geometric patterned colourways. Ice Cream colours on one and Sorbet colours on the other. Having digitally cut my ice cream scoop shapes from the fabric I cut the corresponding full ice cream cone shape from birch plywood. The wood is then painted with 3 layers of metallic purple paint and the two are firmly attached together, making sure to secure the lockable brooch pin between the fabric and wood. So it’s not going anywhere!

Please note postage is free. Your parcel will be sent out to you using Royal Mail Tracked 48. The postal boxes I use will fit through a standard letter box, so no waiting around for the postman required.
