Shipping Policy

As soon as I receive your order, I will begin processing it. The processing (or making) time is 7-10 days and may vary from item to item.

If you have ordered two items, these will ship together and in this case I will go by the longest processing time.

If you have any questions or a particular deadline then please do get in touch prior to purchase. 
UK only at present. Small items are sent large letter or small parcel, second class.

Larger value items £30 plus are sent Royal Mail tracked 48 hours. Please contact me if you require faster shipping. However a set time will still be needed to create your piece.


 

Refund Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your item I am happy to accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellation only if the item has not been shipped.
To return your item, please notify me within 10 days from the date you received your item. Items should be returned within 21 days. To be eligible for a full refund, unless item is received faulty or damaged, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Extreme care is used to protect against postal damage but in the unlikely event that something should arrive damaged I would really appreciate a photo so I can work out how it might have happened.

This does not affect your right to a refund.

You as the buyer are responsible for return postage unless item arrives damaged or faulty.
