I am inspired by the natural world around me and love walking in the countryside near my home. As autumn progresses I love the crisp clear mornings with heavy dew on the grass and a bright blue sky. I am mesmerised by the fantastic autumnal colour palate which changes daily as the trees head towards hibernation, dropping their leaves and fruit . These silver clay acorns were made from  real acorns and consequently all marks are natural and derived from the original acorns. I made a mould of the acorns and then pushed the silver clay into the mould. Once dry, I fired the clay leaving these fine silver acorns, which I cleaned and polished into their current beauty. I added 24k gold leaf to the acorns using an ancient technique called ‘Keum Boo’ which adds depth to the acorns and provides some autumnal colouring. The sterling silver ear wires were handcrafted to complement the acorns size.

Thank you for ordering from my small business. As soon as I receive your order I will begin processing it. All jewellery will be carefully gift wrapped in either an eco friendly cardboard gift box or card and sent to you in an appropriate mailing box, bag or padded envelope. Currently items are only shipped within the UK. Shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked 24 service or can be upgraded to Royal Mail Special Delivery (signed for) at the check out.
Most items that are in stock will be processed and despatched within 3-5 business days, but items that are made to order, customised items or bespoke commissions will take longer and this will be notified before work commences.
I am unable to guarantee specific delivery times of orders once posted regardless of shipping method chosen. Upgrading to Royal Mail Special Delivery at check out will allow the customer to receive a higher priority and more accurate tracking service within the Royal Mail system itself. The time taken for me to process your chosen item will remain the same.

Refund Policy

I hope you are happy with the jewellery you have ordered from me. If there are any problems with an order then please do not hesitate to contact me immediately so that we can work out how best to resolve the problem. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase or it is not as you expected, I am happy to accept returns. Refunds are accepted within seven days after receipt of the item and returned to me within 14 days provided the item has not been worn or altered in any way, and is returned in all the original packaging in a resale able condition. The customer is liable for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Handcrafted jewellery requires careful treatment post purchase for it to remain in the same condition it was purchased. Full care instructions and a cleaning cloth are provided with each order. Refunds will not be offered for any item that has been damaged or broken due to improper care or mishandling.
