The most important thing is that you should be thrilled with the work that you buy from me. I take great care in the creation of every artwork. I use the highest quality materials possible for my originals i.e. the finest paints and papers and for prints/cards - only top quality paper.
Delivery
Depending on the size, original paintings are packaged with cardboard and bubble wrap for protection. Prints are packaged in a cardboard reinforced envelope with additional protection of a cardboard sheet or foam. Greetings cards and small paintings are mailed in a reinforced envelope.
Gift items are wrapped as above depending on size.
Parcels are sent via Royal Mail. Unless a courier service is requested.

Returns and exchange details
I want every purchaser of my work to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Buying art is an emotional decision and your happiness with that decision is a priority. If for some reason the item is not to your liking, please simply return it to me in the same condition and packaging and I will give you a full refund of the item cost.
