Once you have decorated your ornament follow the directions for returning the kit. Once received it will be kiln-fired and then sent back to you with a ribbon ready for hanging and presented in and organza bag.

Each craft kit comes with glue, an assortment of fusible glass components, and easy to follow instructions. 

This kit contains 2 ornaments if you wish to increase the number please contact me this can be arrange for an additional cost.

 

❤️PLEASE NOTE
This kit includes the postage of the kit to you, and the return postage of the completed ornaments after they have been fired. The postage to return the ornaments to me for firing is not included.

you have the option to choose gift packaging, and the glass is gift wrapped.

❤️Instructions
Take everything out of the box and use a tray or similar, not supplied (An old margarine or ice cream lids work well, do not use for food use afterwards) to contain the spread of the glass fragments.

You will have more glass than you need, please return any unused glass with the completed ornament for recycling.

Use the cocktail sticks to apply the glue to your glass shape, add the glass fragments using the scoop and move the pieces into place with a cocktail stick. Add decorations.

Leave to dry for at least 24 hours.

Take a close-up photo of your creation – just in case anything moves in the post.

Include your name, address, and order number so your creation can be matched once it arrives for firing.
Carefully place your creation in the bag provided and wrap with bubble wrap. Use the original packaging/box with the return address sticker. Please cello tape the bags wrapped in bubble wrap to the base of the box to reduce movement during postage.

Please return any leftover glass and the plastic glue tub for recycling. If some of the glass colours become mixed together, please put the mixed colours separately in the spare bag provided.

Once received, your glass creation will be fired in a kiln and returned within approximately 7-10 working days with a ribbon added ready for hanging.

2nd class Royal Mail standard delivery has a delivery aim of 3-5 business days. Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery within this time frame. 

1st class has a delivery aim of 1-3 business days; Royal Mail does not guarantee the delivery within this time frame but will be prioritised over 2nd class mail. 

Royal Mail special delivery, this is the next business day, this will apply if your order is placed before the parcels are dispatched for shipping, this is usually before noon. Please contact me if you are unsure.

Royal Mail International Tracked has a delivery aim of 5-14 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) does not guarantee delivery within a certain time frame. 

 

All parcels have tracking, and I retain all postal receipts. Refunds or replacements will not be considered for any delayed packages before 14 business days have passed from the dispatch date (not the order date) in the UK and 30 business days internationally.

If your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact me immediately and send photos.
The item must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be considered for any delayed packages before 14 business days have passed from the dispatch date (not the order date) in the UK
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and if mutually agreed that the item is being returned for another reason the buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Proof of posting is recommended.
