Your jewellery will arrive in a beautifully branded Cocobelle Jewellery eco-friendly box, safely packaged within a plain, sturdy mailing box or padded envelope. Each purchase includes a silver polishing cloth and a care card to help keep your piece looking its best.

For UK orders, items are shipped using Royal Mail's 48-hour tracked service, while international orders are sent via a tracked service. Please note that customs charges vary by country, and Cocobelle Jewellery cannot cover these fees. It's the customer's responsibility to check and pay any applicable customs charges for their destination.

Some items are ready to ship and will be dispatched within 3 days of order. Made to order items will typically be dispatched within 2 weeks.

What if I change my mind?

Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care, and I truly hope you’re happy with your purchase. If you decide otherwise, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return and refund. The jewellery must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You’ll be responsible for covering the return postage costs, and using a tracked service is recommended to ensure safe delivery. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Please note, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

What if something’s wrong?

If you find any issues with your jewellery, please contact me right away with a detailed description and photos of the problem. Any manufacturing defects should be reported within 6 months of receiving your order.

If your order is delayed or appears lost in transit, please let me know, and I can provide the tracking information. Cocobelle Jewellery is not liable for items lost during shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 48 hours of placing it to receive a refund. Cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched.
